Item 1 on the agenda provides:
Shareholders will be provided with a reasonable opportunity to ask questions or make statements in relation to these reports but no formal resolution to adopt the reports will be put to Shareholders at the 2015 Annual General Meeting.
If anyone is able to attend, I would like them to ask :
1.Does the receivables include the $26 million awarded on the progress payments.
2. What was the basis on which they lost the $51 million drill and blast claim and can they claim it as part of contract variations in the final claim.
3. How much is Samsung claiming as a back charge which is not reflected in the accounts.
4.Have NRW lodged any claim for arbitration and when is that likely to be heard.
