Basically ....
CHM ...NiCu (embryo of MMX) came from the same stable .....its alledged (STRESS ALLEDGED) that some of the former directors who had hats in both camps ..used CHM funds / issued CHM shares for no consideration and that these funds where used to purchase what now forms the basis of MMX / Crosslands main assets ...CHM fell on its sword ..or was pushed ......CHM has been resuscitated to challenge the actions of its previous directors...and attempt to via the courts be awarded a % of the disputed assets..
