mac ..... its a coin toss ....I have luckily previously traded to a free carry position .... only those directly involved know the facts ......and how the court interprets those facts will determine the future ....the claim is pretty much CHM's only prospect ...assuming they can continue to fund the court challenge Win = Big Upside , Lose = Goodbye .
If your friends paper loss can used to offset other gains from a tax persective ...make every post a winner as they say
