Mac ...Will come down to points of law ..... CHM is a thorn in the side of MMX at present .....MMX do not want a judgement against them ...but have sort of painted themselves into a corner with their statements ie case has no basis etc etc
Sooner or later court will decide or commercial decision will be made.... current court dates are listed on prev threads ..... case is in early stages and may drag ....earlier "court update" posts show court orders etc mainly discovery stages subpoenas and affidavits
