    LLA is catagorized in REITs at the moment.
    But not like other REITs which heavily affected by their asset valuation, LLA is not by that much.

    LLA's major income/loss comes from operational business activity, not by asset valuation.

    Therefore simple NTA comparasion with others is not suitable IMO.
