    Interesting how the managers of this Retail REIT realize one has to improve customer experiences to get the desired increase in foot traffic ultimately leading to increased rent $ per square meter , ie with ERF making customer car parking less of a frustration with car park management systems?
    Other REITS and property managers need to take note !
