Kincella. I have a friend whom I first met fruit-picking.He was then in his mid-sixties. He'd had a knee replacement a few years prior, and told me that the pain during recovery was so acute that he beleved a mistake had been made; and he frequently challenged his surgeon over it.This guy,believe me was no wimp.I think he said it kept on for a couple of months before receding entirely.The length of the recovery period was another cause for him believing that a mistake had been made.As mentioned,I met him using that knee very demandingly in fruit-picking work. So hang in there,it should pass,if your Doc is saying so.
