I haven't had an Arthroscopy but have had both knees replaced (full replacement) I didn't have much pain but restriction in movement...I had 2 weeks of Hyrdopool then home ...set up the exercise bike with the seat right up and lowered it 1/2" each day or when I could manage it.
From memory it took about 4-5 weeks after I got home to get good flex.
