PSD is a stock which has disappointed so many holders.

This said, it has now found and forming a base...when drawing a line in long-term resistance (daily charts) it will take positive news to break this downward channel and begin its move back to 20+cps.

Company fundamentals have turned (read most recent quarterly report) & is now back in black...I would say that the problem with this company is poor PR, NOT poor fundamentals.
