I see that the follow up sepsis efficacy study is now called a urosepsis trial. Probably a 'turning off the tap' approach where sepsis/bacteraemia may be cleared by the body if the bacterial supply is removed.
So at this stage, limiting the trial to sepsis caused by UTI. As opposed to baceraemia/sepsis of any origin.
