- what is the reasoning behind buying shares in TBR?
- when will assay results for Tapeta be released? We have now had SEVEN quarterly reports stating " results will be announced when assays become available" in addition to the 2014 Annual Report
- who are the directors of Trans Global Capital, Lake Grace Exp, Sierra Gold and Resource Capital and where are the companies based?
- why does the Company not reply to shareholder letters? It therefore does not comply with Corporate Governance Statement 6.1
- why was the option on Tapeta extended one month after the Liberian government announced a State of Emergency?
- when will the Board appoint an independent chairman?
- who is the CFO or equivalent? (needed by the auditor for written declarations for the accounts)
- does the Company have or will have a dividend policy?
