It's great to here Honiara is getting a face lift, but you'll just have to forgive me for being a tad bit cynical, but how much of this is being paid for by the Australian government through the millions of dollars in foreign aid it receives each year, just imagine what the place would look like if it actually started to exploit more of its mining opportunities.
