Now, assuming a simple intersection, with AVQ office "across from the Australian High Commission complex" is it not likely that AVQ's office would be on Hibiscus Ave or Mud Alley, and isn't it even more likely, in view of the word "across", that it would be on Hibiscus Ave.?
BTW, the reason for the subjunctive in the above paragraph is that there can be various levels of existence for an office - which level applies time will tell.
