VCAT hearing is on Monday. Unfortunately i'm in NZ with work so my partner will be going.
The annoying part is whatever the outcome either I or the landlord will foot the bill. Nothing will happen to the agent that knowingly leased out and tried to release out a house with a very bad leaking roof. In the 5 months in the house we had 3 separate girls looking after the property. Does anything ever happen to these agents?
