Assuming Huayou haven’t converted their options then going forward NF, management and AG need to look at any other party other than Huayou for further funding and strategic investment IMO.
If Huayou are that tight and that unsupportive that they are not willing to tip in at this point in time then this suggests their motives are nefarious IMO.
It would be better to find a new cornerstone partner to move forward with, whether that be Chinese (eg CATL, BNBT) or otherwise.
We need someone committed to expeditiously moving this company forward and I suspect Huayou are not the ones to do this.
Time for NF and AG to earn their stripes and make it happen.
