I honestly cannot see why this is not going to shoot up like there is no tomorrow with the way Japan is progressing with the restarts. It is definitely due for a rally unless something unforeseen happens like a nuclear holocaust (unlikely). The spot price of Uranium should also rise rapidly when the Japanese start reactors.
