This idiotic assumption that the Chinese need to sell other assets is so silly. Then we can expect a 50% fall in Sydney real estate of that is the case. You all run and panic when I say that.
I am certain that the Chinese own many houses in Sydney and that would be large proportion of their portfolio than any tiny holding in small cap company such as PDN, so using your logic we can expect a crash in Sydney house prices starting TODAY. The whole company is valued at $340M now - it's small cap and they won't achieve anything by selling PDN - it'd be less than 0.1% of their portfolio on average - idiotic logic that they would have any interest in selling PDN - and they take you as a fool so they can win.
You watch - I will not get one single tick for this post coz it ticks you all off when I say this and screw with your silly logic.
Unless this recovers to above 40 cents by end of month I think that the Chinese will make a takeover offer for PDN with some small change that they have sitting at home in cash.
