Simply ...... next BIG U development is Olympic Dam expansion circa 2011. Coupla little ones before, but all in all not enough new supply to fill CURRENT nuke demand let alone new nukes coming on line next few years.
If FEDS and all allow the Jungle to produce, CMR will fill the gap and will be sought after for its L/T supply capabilities just like it was sought after for its LEAD and COBALT and other nice things like Copper etc etc.
So for next 5 years at least, u can see a nuclear explosion in POU until the world has a chance to balance with new production.
NEW production takes up to 10 years to realise from grass roots .....CMR already have it, are JORCing it, have the money for it, have the infrastructure for it , have the FEDs goodwill and China's blessing for it.
We could theoretically be producing ex Mt Fitch new U by end 2007 if allowed IMO ......... but 2008/09 would be OK too, cos share price would go ballistic ahead of it anyway as we created another Dutch auction for the cake.
Massive window of opportunity next 5 years and we are about 3 years ahead of the U-pack in the right place at the right time IMO.
But we gotta do it step by step with enviros etc ...... which suits anyway cos so does everyone else ...... prob harder than us.
There are not enuff Olympian priases to sing for Zeus !!!
