Your not the 1st person to say the same when prices were much higher than they are presently and it has cost those people dearly.
I don't have a crystal ball but they could have gone down the gurgler in 12 months the way things appear at the moment.
I truly hope for you and all the other holders that this baby has its day in the sun again but the clouds are gloomy right now.
