There have been a estimated 8200 flu related deaths in the USA over the 19/20 season to put things into perspective. Unfortunately the Chinese health system is not up to US standards hence the death rate momentum appears rapid .However if the death toll rises to 1000 by the end of the week it would not surprise. The main impact of all of this will be the eroding of manufacturing which will have a flow on effect to other industries. Hence all industries will feel the heat. The market will rebalance and sectors that have been oversold will rise and undersold will fall .That's the non sense of the market
