We have a number of inst holders in this stock , what we saw today was one of them buying and another selling. The buyer was controlling most of the volume buying today and it was only in the last 15min of the days trade did the price fall off. Buyers matched sellers in the end of todays trade. Stock is much illiquid at times and sellers will often have to resort to todays action. Valuation wise the stock is cheap but then again so is everything else.
