    absolutely!!! got in at 2.97 and just got another lot at 3, typical over reaction for MIG, they have a 43% interest in this co that are getting grief from the government about raising the tolls, sure it'll be a small reduction in revenue if they cant raise them, but it's really quite insignificant in the scheme of things
