Also can someone clarify for me:

the announcement 12/1/18 from AB 16:45 indicates that he will put forward a motion to appoint Steven Xu to replace mutton. Clearly at the time of writing AB's motion that Xu was not on the board.

However, an announcement earlier that same day 16:21 noted Xu being appointed a director.

So this looks to me that the AB wanted Xu on the board (and would have been directly consulting with Xu) but at least (originally) the board didn't want Xu appointed but then acted to pre-empt a greater threat within ABs motion. Then "strategically" announced this before announcing the call to EGM rendering one of ABs best cards moot ?

wise, but does it point to a rift and does Xu have greater aspirations ? the ultimate question being if AB loses does this issue of board discontent actually go away?

It would be very interesting to know if AB thinks he has Xu's support (voting).
