I disagree with your comment that 'this work from home is such a lame excuse'

I'm not disagreeing that people could have been working from home before this. But it took this event to force people to work from home and for business to observe impact on their productivity with an enforced work from home.

Now businesses have seen whether it has been successful or not and will be taking this into account before flying reps all over the place at a higher expense to potentially get the same results.

I've just called this out as a risk to air travel and hotels. I myself flew domestically over 30 times last year and on reflection I could probably more than halve that and achieve the same results.

The 4 day week is a tough one. If you have customers expecting service 5 days a week, you have to make sure you can cover those needs
