Ok so this is what Jet star are up to. Booked a flight from Bali to Brisbane yesterday for the 26/03/20. Today I get an email saying the flight is canceled due to network adjustments whatever that means. So I go to manage my booking to change flight to an earlier date as they have available flights. But unfortunately you cant manage the flight you have to get a refund in the form of a voucher, so I go for the voucher which then they tell me I will receive it in 14 days. WTF. So now I have to fork out more money to book another flight for the 22/03/20. I am now waiting for their next email to say this flight is now cancelled. So dont believe all this shit the Qantas CEO is saying on the news that they are trying to save Aussie jobs and help save Australia-total bullshit . They are totally taken advantage of a dire situation and ripping off travelers who are in a position between a rock and a hard place to try and get home. Its more a case of Iam right Jack and F... EVERYONE ELSE.
