What we need is a way to determine if someone has had it and recovered without even knowing. People could be working from home or not generating income when they are at no risk of spreading it (assuming your body builds immunity and you can't get it again).
As soon as we can identify these people then they can go back out and work to help re stimulate the economy, we can send the kids back to school etc and re book those holidays that everyone has put on hold.
