Personally don’t see how the govt can lift travel restrictions until a vaccine is developed. If restrictions are relaxed at anytime prior to a vaccine, there will be a huge risk that a second wave of the virus will occur.
Whilst China is attempting to get back to normal and have eased travel restrictions, their quarantine measures for passengers upon arrival is not something any normal person would want to go through...
Dead cat bounce IMO. More pain to come before it gets better.
