Hi All
Anyone care to comment on this situation.
Obviously the adjacent landholders are not so happy with a coal mine being next door and now another issue is being touted that the process of granting the license was possibly not to the 'T'.
Does anyone know of any situation where a license has been revoked?
In addition as the fellow (name avoids me...)who assisted in issuing it is not a director then i can assume that the company cannot be penalised, he can only be as he would be committing the respective offence? Also I guess if he did not pay for the shares then this would be deemed as favourable to him but if he purchased them through normal process then it would be deemed legal through due process as per the ASX.
Obviously some holders are not happy and have got out ad they think this could be held up for a while.
Does anyone know the timeline on when results for the new frilling could be out as well? before xmas or after?
