If one has a negative balance in Cyprus will they get a payment?

The Cyprus economy, like that of Greece, Spain, Italy, Portugal and Turkey is pretty pathetic. normally they would just devalue their currency and nobody would take notice (which is what has always happened). Now they are tied to the Euro, that can't happen.
One day one of these countries will pull out and there economy will boom and their unemployment will fall. Then the others will follow suit.
The euro is fine if the countries have strong (or equal) economies. The UK, Denmark, Norway and Switzerland aren't in it because they know it will weaken their strong position.
It would be like you pooling your resources with a lazy family who live next door!
