It wasn't a stop loss Craig..........it was just me waking up to the fact I should have been in earlier and taking that 0.5c loss was my self-imposed punishment!!
My actual stop loss was at around 35c in the first place. Today is my first break of discipline in a long while and once I'd woken up to myself I thought I'd just bite the bullet and exit with a small loss.
