I have asked a question about the HazWaste money on Intec's Forum site.
Dave is at the moment on a 4 day break and won't be back at work till Tuesday.
I believe that the Victorian EPA will thoroughly vet all aspects of the project before the agreement is drawn up. If the money is released then you can be sure that Intec will be around to at least put their process to the test.
We will just have to wait a bit longer.
