Done a bit of research today on this one.
Seems as though Baker is a very smart cookie and he has traditionally a VERY aggresive approach towards acquisitions.
They now have 1250 ATM's in ownership and are about the 3rd largest Private ATM owner. Baker aims to increase this figure to 2000 by years end and this rises from the amount of 250 in Dec 2004 which is amazing growth I believe.
They expect revenue of $25mil this financial year and EBITDA of $7.5-$8.5mil.
I'm gonna start buying at these levels and have so today because I've got a funny feeling they may announce a further acquisition shortly and at 9c I reckon there's perhaps a good opportunity for it to rise from here.
