Coote jumped from $69m to $300m+ and hit an SP high of around $3.10 at one stage ... without Elph. There are a lot of companies finally emerging from the tail end of the GFC which are ripe for picking off by those with the means.
I imagine There will be a lot of to-ing and fro-ing up to the offer closing date - which Elph reserves the right to extend. I will hold out up to the last minute - if they are ringing each and every shareholder then my guess they might be a little desperate to get across the line and even keen enough to raise the price. In the meantime keep your eyes posted on the ASX for announcements - might answer some questions.
