I think Coote has some very good businesses with a lot of potential and pretty strong barriers to entry and Elph obviously thinks so as well they already have a 24.95% shareholding so even if they dont get a controlling interest I cant see them walking away. I see Thorney recently became a substantial shareholder so others are seeing the potential as well.

I would like to see Elph get a controlling interest as I think with Elphs guidance Coote will realize their potential much sooner. Over time I think Coote is a real chance to be a dividend paying multi-bagger.
