I believe there is real potential in the business and that it is in the throes of its coming of age. It's come a long way in a short time under current management - doesn't seem fair that it can be 'cherry picked' at a vunerable stage after most of the hard work has been done.
Elph has had 12 months association with Coote but has waited until the tide begins to turn of its own accord before jumping in to seize control. From Coote's announcements it seems that prior invitations have been made for Dale to join the board and cooperatively influence its direction, but perhaps ego, in the form of desire for unchallenged control, has been a barrier?
