Yes very pleased only a recent purchase on soft days last week but good from there.

I would assume the thing is driven on the basis that Brookfield wont waste 10million pounds just to see the debt rollover not happen. I would think that there are clauses that allow it back into the game if they want to. Not the best deal I have seen but it looks like the merchant bankers want this done to get the fees so I predict it will all happen around October.
