hahahaha I know what your thinkin but there is way more opportunities out there in and especially out of the market that will make you sleep better at night than punting on MAE.
Also rekon good idea to sit on cash now and wait for the cheaper prices to come when the world relises markets will never return to their 2007 peaks in the next 10 years. Its going to take 10-15 yearts for consumers to improve their balance sheets and wealth.
Thank god we live in OZ ! at least its only our super and shares taking a hit our houses haven't (yet possibly) ;o)
