Anyone else following OGC?, page-2

I bought a large parcel of this stock @ $1.97 so doing well and not complaining but latest estimates are based on $3.20/pound copper but price is now down to $2.60 so there is a 19% haircut on the copper credits.


I got a little worried when they tried to take over Alacer Gold as who needs the sovereign risk of owning a gold mining company in Turkey where the government is corrupt and can do anything !

I e-mailed them about it as the stock dropped around 18% from memory on high volume. They said they have been looking around for a takeover target for awhile and that it was a safe investment.

Yeah right, that's why investors voted with their feet.

Anyway, I like this stock but I think the volume is not there cause institutional investors have no idea what management are going to do and that is the biggest risk with OGC.
