    You are right. The change in intangible asset due to capitalization of development expense is smaller than 1 mil. The majority of intangible increase was due to the acquisition.

    Thanks for pointing it out. That puts my mind more at ease.

    At $33 mil in intangible assets, a big write off can wipe off 5 years profit though. Lets just hope that the asset is solid.
