That’s a good summary. Without doubt IMU Is being accumulated..The Bot trading definitely has the ability to forcc down the SP whilst buying up every dumped share.

The regular comparison here to VLA, is not likely to be the path IMU will follow. The VLA takeover only has one possible buyer. It had a very niche use that only appealed to Merck .

Nobody saw that T/O coming. On the other hand IMU has a portfolio really cutting edge next generation therapies. It’s obvious that IMU could really disrupt the Onco space.

If I was managing a big fund that operates in this space, I would be watching closely for a major deal or a T/O. It’s going to happen at some point in time. After watching LC say 2022 will be a much bigger year than 2021, I would expect she has flagged major momentum for IMU. I would be jockeying for a big move.

The B Cell therapies have been validated . This platform will be further validated with upcoming trials. What LC has done so brilliantly is to bring early validation of the platforms often during first cohort Ph1 trials.

If IMU keeps up the previous success rate in 2022 then IMU get a major rerate or a serious T/O offer. Which I doubt will come as a hostile bid. It’s much safer for the acquirer to approach management with a friendly fair offer. With a hostile takeover management would likely recommend to shareholders that the offer is not fairly valuing the assets.

At that point every shark on Wall Street will be in the feeding frenzy. Too risky!

All will be revealed this coming year.

PS. I think I remember LC saying we have another Sponsored Trial to be announced. That it was taking a while to negotiate. That’s the one I am waiting for, expecting a knighthood surprise.
