my strong suspicion is that the investors from last years placement have sold, and were making money all the way down to the 30c per share that they paid. The company chose not to identify them at the time and although they were not obliged to, it created an unnecessary mystery. Timing of chairman’s sale is not a very good look given what has happened to share price since. Raising money is a crucial part of doing business as a research company, but great care needs to be exercised in the choice of where the funds come from, and the terms. Imugene had choices there , and it would appear that they could have made better, it would be nice to be corrected but the silence speaks loudly
