DS8, excuse my ignorance regarding takeovers as I've never seen one happen to a stock I hold.
Just thinking out loud.
let's say Merck want a T/O, if Vanguard and blackrock hold alot of shares in IMU, and they also hold quite a few in Merck....
Could there be a case where Vanguard and blackrocks voting power, could vote for any offer to help Merck in a T/O if you get what I mean. Abit of wheeling and dealing behind closed doors?
