while theoretically that could happen practically wouldn't make sense.
the traditional sense would be a offer put forward initially upon which management / board can make a call on. this would be disclosed as will need to go to shareholders.
in the event that it's a NO , then you would accrete slowly. this is very difficult to pull off in Austrlaia and therefore usually you wait for price / value to be low and pay a premium on NAV
while theoretically that could happen practically wouldn't...
