    I bought for gains driven by the 9% yield in a falling interest rate environment - bemused by the lack of interest by others and the languishing shareprice.

    AJD simply collects rent on completed buildings - empty rack space is NXT's problem - and NXT has enough cash for the forseeable future to pay its leases - what am I missing?
