Absolutely - a series of news and the risked pipeline in the half year presentation suggests that NXT is continuing to win new business at a decent rate (and given the spectacular forecast growth in DC needs this cant be difficult) - in short its business is becoming viable and further de-risking the forecast yield on AJD - we just need interest rates to stay low to support the share price on a yield basis.
The recent slashing of WACC rates in Victoria may also cause some yield investors currently in utility stocks like DUE and APA to dip their toes into REITS like AJD as well.
