    well it seems that you are dead against this one chinaplate. I do appreciate your post and being devil's advocate as there is little analysis at this point for this fund. I was pretty close to buying my own investment in the US so this just made my life easier...even if some premium is involved. I have much more peace of mind having made this decision.

    I believe that the AUD is more likley to revert back to 80c USD than climb to 120c USD...also believe that US house prices will gradually recover.

    NTA is about 25% less than the SP currently but that should close pretty quickly and effectively drive the SP higher. I am expecting the SP to double within 4 or five years....and feel reasonably satisfied that the floor SP would be around $1.50. For me that is a sound investment and worth chucking some hard earned into.

    Are you able to share your thoughts on what aussie infrastructure projects you think are worthwhile and do these have listing on the ASX?
