We are forming a Joint Venture with Tasly Pharmaceutical Group Co., LTD. to develop, manufacture, and commercialize Cellvizio for the Chinese market, with the goal of expanding our presence in a very significant way.
With this JV, we will also launch Cellvizio for the neurosurgery market globally .
In exchange of certain IP and licensing rights, Mauna Kea will receive cash payments of $10 million (€9.94 million), 44% of the JV and 5-year minimum purchase commitments.
This is a concrete step on our strategic repositioning announced back in December
