If the attitude of the board is indeed as described then I am disappointed. There'd be very few of us that haven't had our boss come to us and say time to pull your socks up mate. As shareholders how else are we to do this with any chance of it being meaningful?
As it stands their pay increase has not yet been vetoed. These guys are the public face of FML and to look like they're going to jump ship over (so far...) a poke in the back is a very public way of displaying their commitment to the job.
Suck it up guys. Show you're committed to the job and to the long term prosperity of FML.
