Voting NO for the remumeration resolution is saying that management are fully to blame for where the SP is.
There are shareholders out there who may need to have their peripheral vision checked!.
I,m sure there are poorly performing goldies out there who now could be enticing some of the fML board with attractive salaries.
After all, management, like shareholders, are in FML for one thing,.. MONEY!
