    People all I know is that the last time I rec'd a call from the company asking if I intend to take up an offer the co. went bust only a couple of months after - that co. was Lafayette - not saying that it will happen on this occasion with SDL, but I now always get a bit suspect.

    All I can is that Lafayette was the only co. that I have ever received a call from to gauge my intentions.
